All women are welcome to join us.

WATER THERAPY

Wounds and inflammation , run (not spray) water over area for 10-15 minutes once or twice daily. Increased circulation that promotes healing.

 

 Tip:

Sprinkle Garlic Powder on your horse just before going out to ride.

Why?      Horse Flies will fly around you, but WILL NOT LAND on your horse!

 Brush or wash it off when you are finished riding,

it will cake when it gets wet.

Fly Spray Recipes

Recipe #1                                                                 

8 oz.                      Water                                                    
10 drops                 Citronella                                              
10 drops                 purification                                                           
10 drops                 eucalyptus                                                           
10 drops                 peppermint oil

 Recipe #2

8 oz.                     Water
½ cup                   apple cider vinegar
4-6 capsules          garlic oil (squeeze 10 drops and drop in)

 

Cooling Spray for you and your horse.

8oz        water

4 drops   peppermint oil.

          To cool down or when overheated.

 

Calming Spray for you and your horse.

8oz        water

6 drops   lavender oil
